I purchased this book for my own enjoyment. I plan to try my hand at dehydrating some favorite fruits and vegetables.
I do not own a dehydrator, but I use my oven. Good guide for dehydrating your fruits and veggies ever

It is a very good guide for the people that don't know to use right the dehydrator. I had have read it.
very helpful. there are a lot of recipes in there that i dont understand. as in why would you use a dehydrated product instead of fresh. but otherwise the book is wordy but helpful.
I was delighted with this book as it gives recipes and tricks on using the dried product. I will definitely use this reference often. God to know information in here!
Not a bad book, kind of dated and basic. I was looking for more just straight forward drying recipes. This contained many recipes for use after the fact. I'll use some of the information, but I'll be making jerky for the most part. I got what I paid for, .99 .
